About Me

I came to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2001 and have lived in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland ever since. Born in China, I am a multilingual practitioner who offers comprehensive support in three languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Since 2008 I have provided therapeutic services to a broad range of clientele, including working with children, adolescents, and adults; as well as providing support for parents and families.
I graduated from the University of Auckland with a Master of Counselling (Hons) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Supervision. I am a Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (MNZAC). Additionally, I am a New Zealand Registered Teacher.
I enjoy meeting new people, travelling and experiencing all that different cultural perspectives have to offer. These experiences add a richness to life and often inspire me. I also enjoy dancing and yoga, as I believe the body and mind are interconnected and play a dual role in caring for mental wellbeing.
